It can ensure that all our projects can successfully deliver within time and on budget with high quality which can meet the service level commitments. Customer’s satisfactions are always the first priority of ASTI. All our project managers have many years experience and solid skills. Our project management strengths are listed as following:
Process – By adopting CMM spirit and ISO 9001, we developed a comprehensive and practical project development processes. Furthermore, we have monthly, quarterly, internal audits and annual external audit to guarantee that the development of each project strictly follows our defined processes.
Estimation – Based on the high level requirements from the customers, we will create a presale team which consists of several project managers and people from business development department to submit the refined proposal. The estimation measurement will be developed by at least two different methodologies.
Contracting – Our processes are mostly based on RUP (Rational Unified Process) which means it relies on the requirements. After the customers accept the estimation, the detailed requirements need to be refined and specified.
Planning & Monitoring – Once the contract signed, our project manager will develop the project development plan. Using the iterative development methodologies, the customers will be able to review some part of the deliverables at the earlier stage. The entire project related documentation needs to be baselined. Our project manager is responsible for identify potential risks and prevent them from happening. And the project status and performance will be monitored at weekly basis by ASTI senior management and the customers.
Change & Configuration – If there’re changes arise, they will be controlled under our change management process. Our project manager is responsible to value the cost, effort and schedule impact. All these need to be submitted to customers for approval. Therefore, the related documents need to be updated either. All the project documentations including source code must comply with our configuration management process.
